He has a wealth of IT experience including 15+ years in the hi tech industry as Corel’s Professional Services Engineer, providing support and services to clients across Canada and the United States; plus four years of social media experience with The Social Media Company where he handled:
- Website creation, updates, maintenance and management,
- Blog and Facebook creation, updates and management,
- Twitter account management, creation and customization, and
- YouTube customization, updates and management.
In his “previous life” Bruce was in the Canadian Army as a Radio Operator, and in the Canadian Navy as a "Sparker" (Naval Radio Operator) where he served on the HMCS Halifax and HMCS Fredricton, as well as at CFB Petawawa and CFS Millcove.
