As the Dedicated Alert Response Technician, Abraham Trejo monitors client networks and responds to alerts. He is responsible for relaying alert information to the field engineers and communicating with clients on their network status.

Abraham has over 10 years of experience as a broadcast engineer. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate and holds the CompTIA A+ certification.
