|Spring is the season for new beginnings, and it seems very appropriate that as the temperature rises here in Ottawa we’re weeks away from the launch of Managed Workplace 2013.|
Many of our Partners joined us for our All Partner Meeting in late March, where we showcased some of the new capabilities coming in Managed Workplace 2013. Automation was a key focus in the most recent update to the platform, and in our preview demo of Managed Workplace 2013 we highlighted the next stage of “intelligent automation” capabilities, including the ability to schedule multiple tasks on devices more than once per day and “quick tasks” to further simplify workflows.
Intelligent automation is just one example of many new features coming in Managed Workplace, as our Level Platforms product team focuses on adding capabilities while at the same time continuing to ensure Managed Workplace retains our hard-won ranking as the easiest-to-use and most reliable platform in the market. We will be officially releasing Managed Workplace 2013 at our Level Platforms MSP Community Summit, June 17-19 in Las Vegas.
We also celebrated the success of our Partners during our All Partner Meeting, as we announced our Level Platforms Partner Award winners for 2012. Across our Partner base we’re seeing tremendous business growth, technical innovation, and outstanding commitment to customer service, making it extremely difficult to choose winners for our annual awards. Our 2012 Award winners are:
- Rookie of the Year: (TIE) Colorado Computer Support & IRIS Solutions
- Comeback of the Year: Ray Morgan Company
- Innovator of the Year: FPA Technology Services, Inc
- Community Partner of the Year: Simplex-IT
- Partner of the Year: Alvarez Technology Group
On behalf of the entire Level Platforms team, I’d like to congratulate award winners and nominees as we work together to build growing and profitable managed services businesses.
