Even people with business acumen need a little help sometimes. So, MSP coach Stuart Crawford will team with psychologist and consultant Dr. Robert G. Acton to present a one-day training seminar for MSP leaders who are committed to the success of their businesses.
Toronto, ON July 6, 2012 – Managed IT services providers lead busy lives. They spend their days not only solving major IT problems like server crashes but also performing every-day tasks like system maintenance or password resetting. This reduces the amount of time they have to focus on important business operations such as sales, marketing, and recruiting and hiring among other things.
Join MSP coach Stuart Crawford and Ulistic on Aug. 23, 2012, when they present the Master Your MSP Skills seminar in the Vintage Conservatory in Toronto, ON. With them will be psychologist, professor and business consultant Dr. Robert G. Acton. Dr. Acton will draw upon his many years of experience as a consultant who has helped business executives become better leaders by helping them to improve their communication skills, develop clear objectives and goals, improve organizational effectiveness and much more.
Crawford will draw upon not only several years of experience as a consultant but also more than 15 years of experience as an MSP himself. As someone who has faced many of the challenges that MSPs face today, Crawford understands the frustrations and distractions that make it difficult for some MSP leaders to achieve the levels of success that they desire.
